About Us

Our Story

We are proud to continue a legacy of property services in Northern Ireland that dates back to 1899. Established originally as a family-run business  the firm has long played a central role in the local property landscape.

After periods based on South Street and High Street, the business moved to its current home on Regent Street in 1920. Now under new ownership of Paul Ritchie and Mark McIntyre Russell Property continues to build on this heritage, combining long-established values with a modern, professional approach to property services.

Our vision is simple: to remain one of Northern Ireland’s most trusted and approachable property partners.

We respect our history, but we don’t stand still. From our beginnings in 1899 to the present day, our reputation has been built on doing the right thing by our clients providing clear advice, acting with integrity, and delivering a consistently high standard of service. Those principles continue to guide every decision we make.

Our comprehensive property management service is designed to remove the day-to-day pressures of property ownership, allowing clients to enjoy the benefits of their investment with confidence.

By combining experienced oversight with modern systems and clear communication, we deliver responsive, efficient property management tailored to individual needs. We focus on protecting value, managing risk, and maintaining properties properly — all while ensuring excellent service and strong cost control, without compromising on quality
