About Us

Our Story

We are proud to continue a legacy of property services in Northern Ireland that dates back to 1899. Originally established as a family-run business — and even earlier as coal merchants and stockbrokers in South Street from the 1860s — the firm has long been a cornerstone of the local property scene. After a period in High Street, it moved to its current home on Regent Street in 1920. Now under new ownership, Russell Property remains committed to upholding the same trusted values and personalised service that have defined it for well over a century.

At Russell Property, our vision is to remain Northern Ireland’s most trusted and approachable property partner — honouring our heritage while embracing innovation to serve the evolving needs of our clients.

We are proud of our past, but never stand still. From our beginnings in 1899 to today, we’ve built our reputation on doing the right thing by our clients, and we continue to uphold those same high standards in everything we do.

Experience a new level of convenience with our comprehensive, property management service designed to let you enjoy the benefits of your investment without the day-to-day stress.
